Q: Is the Melissa and Doug easel paper ok for finger painting too, or is there a point to purchasing a separate roll for just finger painting?

Finger paint paper has a shiny surface that absorbs finger paint a bit better than regular paper. Finger paint is very thick and can bleed through most paper. I'm not sure what the roll of paper is to which you are referring. I just know when my children have not used finger paint paper when finger painting its resulted in a big mess with breakthroughs.

Q: Can this paper work with paint markers ?

My 4 year old has a lot of fun with this paper, however when little ones go crazy with paint, it gets pretty wet and the paper isn't super thick, but with paint markers I'm sure it would work with it.

Q: Is this compatible with tempera paint?
