Fantastic much better than my last tap as it kept dripping even after new seals washers so I got this as replacement, Its so easy to install, Fast delivery and it's self explanatory to install ,Good quality I got it at a fab price too,All in all am a very happy bunny ,pic shows it a bit squint but thats as far as I could tighten it ,But it does the job great .

What a great product! As a professional landscaper I've been installing taps for mixes use irrigation and manual watering for nearly two decades and have found this product to be both mine andy clients preferred install. The tap couplings are no good (although I use the rubbers in them to refresh the ones in hozelock fittings!) but the threads are perfect every time so swapping out is no issue. I have and will continue to buy this product many more times.

Tap itself is good and feels solidly built. But the two nozzles are not compatible with hose connectors, they just pop out when I turn the water on. Luckily I was able to unscrew and replace them with an old one I had. The PTFE tape that came with it is useless, couldn't get it to unspooled. My advise would be to have some 3/4" tap connectors and your own PTFE tape before trying to install this.

Brilliant fitted in minutes, but had to swop the outlet connector for a hose lock one as for some strange reason the hosepipe wouldn't lock fully into place, it did work with cheaper connectors but didn't want to swop the hose lock one over, works perfect and really handy now saves keep unplugged the garden hose

Good quality, and is very good at being a garden tap!

Purchased this to replace an old style brass outside tap. Thought this will improve the flow and be easier to use. How wrong can you be. Firstly why do they not do a "blue" version as this is marketed as an outside tap mostly cold water? Then I fitted it, had to use a lot of PTFE tap to ensure it was vertical after installation. So all done and it works fine until you turn off! It drips and no amount of working the lever backward and forward changes this. Luckily I use this with a hose connection so I feel it won't be a major problem for now as I am heading away I don't want to start an exchange. I tried the help page suggested on the amazon website and was routed to an American web site nothing to do with this item!! I will be replacing this with something from Screwfix on my return and attempting a return through Amazon. Don't buy this buy a more expensive decent fitting. Hope this helps someone avoid making the mistake I did !

This is a good tap as the lever makes it easy to open and closer. Despite that, it doesn't drip. The underlying brass is a bit soft, and the (included) PTFE tape needs adjusting until the tap is in the right orientation. However, the hose connection doesn't hold a quick hose connection when on mains pressure. Update 22 August 2024 Changed the hose connection for a HoseLock in November 2023 and it has functioned since then without a problem. Additionally, it has never dripped. The red sheath on the handle has faded, but it has passed my long term test, hence 5 stars.

In conclusione: Sono davvero molto contento di questo acquisto. Se cercate un prodotto che combini un'ottima qualità dei materiali con prestazioni ottimali, questo è l'articolo giusto. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque abbia bisogno di una soluzione affidabile e ben costruita per il suo giardino o per la casa.

Looked nice on initial checking, went to install the tap and the screw holding the handle on snapped... looks like it is not even made of metal. We had to install it anyway as we needed a tap, no leaks and works as intended, just have to use the handle separately.
