Awesome upgrade that can save you back!
This was the simplest upgrade I have ever made to anything! Here are the steps -1. Hook the trailer up to your tow vehicle for support.2. Remove the 3 bolts holding the old crank jack in-place. Mine were threaded to the trailer frame so there were no nuts.3. Remove the jack's foot. It will be pinned with simple clip locking it to the post.4. Unbox the new electric jack and put it in the existing trailer frame hole.5. Put the supplied star washers on the bolts you saved. These scratch the paint to make contact with the trailers metal for grounding purposes.6. Find the right hole pattern on the jack and align it to the trailer, insert your bolts and washers.7. Tighten everything up and double check.8 Simply connect the 7-pin connector to the towing vehicle like you would your normal trailer plug.9. Operate the switch to raise and lower the jack post. Be sure to have your vehicle turned on or you will not have power to the rear plug-in.10. There is a separate switch to turn the jack's lights on but you will likely not need them. Some reported that the jack is slow and noisy but I like the speed since it keeps you from making a move that might damage something. Noisy? Not really. Who's listening anyway? If this lasts for at least 2 years I will have saved my back a lot of cranking. Well worth the cost and after a few months of use I will order 4 more of these for my other job trailers. Great and simple product and I love the attached 7-way cord and plug.

As Advertised
Great product. We bought this to replace the one we had that died after quite a bit of use. So easy to replace that my four year old was able to help with the install!

Good Jack, Durable Finish, Good Warranty
I have ordered (3) of these units. (1) failed after 1.5 year of heavy/frequent use. Company replaced under warranty. The last unit I ordered included paperwork indicating the Manufacturer’s Warranty had been extended to (3) years. Will continue to use these jacks.

Solid and convenient support for RV travel trailer
Solid jack with nice-looking black powder-coat. Went on minutes using old bolts. Moves slowly due to heavy gears, but allows you time to catch problems with any shifting. Mine only made a loud noise when you hit the shaft end points, but marked clear stop points with a Sharpy to avoid any fuse problems. Socket included in case you need to ratchet manually. Lights look useless in daylight, but actually help at night. The 7-pin connector is super convenient with enough length to maneuver the truck. Connector wiring comes with a velcro to bundle it up. I converted from a manual jack, so the motor head didn't allow me to lower the tailgate - essential when traveling with dogs. Had to purchase an extended hitch receiver for the extra 2" required, then needed extra links for the safety chains. Purchased an Ultra-fab cover to reduce weathering of connector cable. Well worth the minor adjustments - now much easier pressing a lever than cranking in the heat with a sore back!!
