Thank you for providing good product at a fare price. There is nothing fancy about any fuel filter and there is absolutely NO reason ANY fuel filter should cost more than $15. This does its job just as well as any fuel filter should but it is actually priced accordingly.

Get one. And find out what the torque spec is for the banjo bolt and the line in connector. I was a little apprehensive getting this but then I realized many people here don't know what they are doing or talking about. There were others complaining it was too big for the strap to screw in the 10mm strap bolt. It's not. Maybe use whatever is left of your brain and figure it out or hire someone or get help from a friend. It makes others of us who actually know what we are doing a little leary to buy a part that is actually perfect if you know what you are doing. Ugh. 2001 CR-V. Banjo bolt torqued to 33Nm and line in to 37Nm as the manual states. Used included crushed washers. No leaks. Nice glossy black color. My only complaint is some of the paint on the 19mm counter torque nut rubs off to reveal the silver metal color when torquing down the banjo bolt and line in connector. I had some glossy black touch up paint handy since I'm like that. Kinda wish it was just the silver color like the premium gard filter do no paint involved, but this was the cheapest one so I went with it. Car starts and runs better now. Original 23 year old fuel filter with 150k miles on it is what I replaced.

Nothing special worked good on my crv rd1. My only issue was the bottom fuel line started leaking so i had to really crank on that fuel line to get it really tight and it did stop leaking. I can definitely say it was over the torque specifications of oem. I probably wouldn’t get this again but it does work fine and comes with new gaskets.
