If you use it as directed, it will keep your hot beverage still steaming for 24 hours, and still lukewarm and drinkable the day after. I am the only one who likes coffee here, but make a full pot just for myself every 2 1/2 to 3 days when it is empty again. However, I DO also put a 'coffee cozy' over it when It is just sitting around. I also have other products from this company and they are also very well made and reliable.

Had Christmas morning brunch for the family. To make it as easy as possible, filled this carafe with boiling hot milk so my family could fill their cups with the amount of hot milk they wanted and then they would fresh brew espresso on the new Nespresso’s machine we got. Everyone commented on how crazy hot the milk was which was very welcomed for my crazy family. Even those that went back for seconds and thirds, after 30 or 40 minutes later, the milk was still crazy hot! They all said the lattes were superb! When it was time for cleanup, there was less than a cup of milk leftover and it was still hot, not warm, after 4 hours!!

This brand keeps coffee hot and other liquids cold from 6am till 2pm . I have used them for about 3 years and they still perform beautifully, so I bought this carafe for when we have people over in the morning...Worth it.

Keeps our morning coffee considerably hotter for much longer. It is a slow pourer unless you remove the top but that makes sense if retaining heat is important. If retaining heat is not important why are you considering this anyway?

It keeps drinks very hot for a few hours, but it's down to lukewarm after a day. The carafe is easy to clean, but the lid is not. There are a lot of nooks and crannies that stain and take on the smell of whatever was in it last. On the plus side, it pours well without any dripping. However, it can leak a little if you accidentally turn it upside down, so gotta be careful when traveling.

Works perfectly. I just ended up not needing it. So, I sent it back. If you need a thermos that keeps liquids steaming hot for 24 hours. This is for you.
