If you’re looking to do something good for your health this is a great product, just don’t expect it to taste like ice cream. It tastes like dirt but it works, so I mix it in some water and down the hatch. If you can’t handle something that doesn’t taste good then get some capsules and load them yourself or buy Brahmi already in capsules. I use this as part of the Prime diet, along with Ashwagandha and together they are great tonic for the nervous system. Highly recommended.

I have bought another brahmi from a different manufacturer. I had no problems. I tried this. It had a horrible taste. Brahmi has a distinct taste, but this was really bad. I got digestive issues. My stomache cramped very very bad. And what happened after that was worse. This went on for 2 days. I wasnt sure if I had gotten food poisoning, so I quit for a couple of days. It was not from the food. I tried again. I , then knew it wasn't food poisoning. After my stomach settled for the second time, I went back to the original powder with no after effects

This stuff is putrid tasting, I took a tablespoon and added it to four ounces of water... I almost couldn't drink it and found myself gagging while swallowing it. An hour later I had severe cramps and diarrhea. I would suggest making a tincture out of this instead of adding it to smoothies etc...

This powder is so strong that hurt my stomach.So bitter that the after taste last hours.I tried to find the right dose however it still gives me diarrhea and nauseas.I will return it and buy other brands, little higher in price but better quality.
