There is 50 mg of highly absorbable quercetin out of 167 mg of 167 mg of EMIQ. This form (enzymatically modified isoquercetin) is meant to be more absorbable than other forms. I have taken this for several years and haven't had allergies or sinus issues at all. My doctor recommended it.
