Hi, my name is Sarah from San Francisco Bay Coffee. We use only the water process to decaffeinate our beans. The water process uses water from the pristine environment off of the coast mountains of British Columbia, Canada to gently remove the caffeine until the coffee beans are 99.9% caffeine-free.
