Well constructed brace.

It is a wonderful knee brace and I love it. However the it runs tighter that advertised. Measure the circumference below your knee and above your knee and if close on the chart, go up on size. I really like mine but the fit is rather tight.

This is a high quality brace. It last 5x longer than a normal one. Definitely worth paying the extra money for the quality.

It’s too tight for me…

So I have gone through a number of knee braces riding bikes and this one seems to fit the bill. The other ones, over time, lose their elasticity and start sliding down as I'm riding. It took a little getting used to on my first ride and you must make sure that you place the brace exactly on your knee otherwise it will feel strange as you move around. It did not slide down and it didn't move during my whole mountain bike ride. The brace appears to be well constructed and the type of material seems to fit very snug so it will not stretch over time hopefully. It's like a set of wool fingerless gloves that are very smug. I'll update after a while to let readers know how it's holding up.

These are the best knee braces that I’ve ever spent money on! They were worth the higher price especially by the time you buy all the little cheap knee braces that do not last long. Very happy with this company so I’m going to continue to purchase their products. Next will probably be a back brace!

It works

I intentionally bought the sport version for the addition of the silicon strip on the inside to help keep the support from slipping down during activities. I measured my knee per Bauerfeind's website and ordered the correct size. Unfortunately it slips down pretty quickly. I found that the support slips down about an inch within about a 1/4-1/2 mile of normal pace walking. I was hoping to be able to use it mountain biking, but it really won't work when it slips that much. It needs additional silicon strips to help keep it in place when doing activities. It would work better if it had silicon banding more like the cuff of a pair of cycling shorts.
