Actually Works on Stubborn Breakouts
I was surprised by how well this works for the price. It’s a true sulfur treatment, so it does have the sulfur smell, but it clears up whiteheads and deeper breakouts fast without drying my skin out. I use a tiny amount as a spot treatment at night and most spots look calmer by morning. It also doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin, which has been a struggle with other acne products. Really solid product if you deal with recurring breakouts.

Changed my life
For it's intended purposes, nothing has worked better for my acne, and I've tried a lot, I'd say about 90% better with just one stubborn patch left. The unexpected purpose I've found has made this gold for me. For years I have been going to doctors about a time versicolor rash that just kept coming back, seemed to be spreading every time and every time the doctor would either give me a pill I couldn't afford to fill or tell me to use selsum blue allover my body and leave it in for 10 minutes. Idk if you can imagine, but this is not a pleasant experience having minty smelly shampoo sitting on your wet body for 10 minutes every day for almost 10 years and still having the rash- until I decided to experiment.. This was working so good for my acne and smelled like maybe the active ingredient would work similar to the selsum. Now the doctors will tell you that it takes a month to 3 months for the staining of the rash to go away but that the shampoo is killing the yeast and it's not there. This stuff worked to clear up my rash red marks and all in TWO WEEKS and it has not come back! Free for the first time in 10 years! It's easier and makes much more sense than the shampoo bc it stays on your skin. The smell isn't too strong and it goes away pretty quick. It was drying at first, but not anymore. Overall, I'm very thankful I found this product.

Product works
This product was packaged well and arrived on time. I purchased this to control mild rosacea on my face. It does work for the rosacea and also for acne. I would have given it five stars except that it does smell of sulphur. It isn't a bad odor if used very sparingly. It is worth it because it does work.

Great product
This is working really well for my teenage son. He plays football and his acne can really flare up. He also uses the soap that they make and with them both together his face is really claering up. It does smell like sulfer, but it is kinda faint, not super strong.

Perioral dermatitis
(I will look for a different product because of the ingredients) I've been struggling for the last 2 months with superficial pimples and dryness, for weeks I wrongly assumed that it was common acne. I tried to exfoliate and it made the problem worse since the bumps started to get all over my face. A month ago I started to search for answers and I came to the conclusion that for the first time on my life I was not dealing with normal acne, I was dealing with perioral dermatitis. There's no clear cause but over-exfoliation could be one of the reasons. For the last month I stopped using oils (makeup removers) and exfoliats (Glycolic acid). I started washing my face with a gentle face wash (Cerave Foaming Facial Cleanser) then I use a moisturizer (Torriden Dive in Soothing Cream) followed by Cicoplast Balm B5 by La Roche Posay. For sunscreen I keep using my chemical sunscreen but is recommended to use a mineral sunscreen. This routine kinda worked but it didn't not fix the problem, but at least it wasn't getting worse. After a ton of research I wanted to give a try and add two new products into my routine. One is Briotech Topical Skin Spray, and the Sulfur 10% Ointment. I use the Briotech spray as a toner, right after I wash my face once is dry I follow with my moisturizer and then I add the sulfur ointment on the problem areas. I cannot give you long term results since I been doing it for 3 days, but it has really been working for me to heal my skin and I've been seeing improvement that I've seen in a long time, so I'm really happy and I hope that this information could help some going through the same issue. Thanks for reading.
