I have bought so many lip balm for my severely dry and chopped lips. This is actually the best. It really works for severe dry lips. Just one thing I dont like is the taste of this lipbalm

Initially it did give a slight burning sensation to my lips but then as my lips got used to it, it works well, give a nice glossy look.

It's a good basic lip balm. Easy to apply.

I bought this Aquaphor Lip Protectant mainly for the SPF, and it’s become my go-to daily lip balm. It goes on smoothly, feels soothing right away, and does a great job relieving dryness without tasting weird or feeling heavy. I like that it has SPF 30, especially for outdoor days, since most lip balms don’t offer real sun protection. It stays on longer than typical balms and keeps my lips comfortable even in windy or sunny conditions. If you want something that actually protects and heals chapped lips while also guarding against sun damage, this one does the job well.

It's very glossy like petroleum gel. Did not help much for my cracked lips. Multiple reapplication is required. I find it funny that now, my lips look more darker than before. I shall not buy it again.
