WavEnforcer Boar Bristle Pocket-Size Military Brush, Best Brush for Beards / Pocket / Purse / Travel Size, Medium Firmness

Bought this to go into my dogs’ travel kit. It’s just a bit smaller than a regular palm brush but every bit counts when trying to travel light. The wood color helps me find it if it gets knocked under furniture or something, which is how I lost two previous clear handled Conair palm brushes. Still love that brush just don’t travel with one now. This also costs about half as much if I did lose it is still good value.Works decently on the three different textures. Really good on fine, coarse, curly Poodle mix & silky straight Yorkie/Schnauzer mix. Ok on really thick longhaired Chihuahua. Of course to really work for my Chi brush would be too stiff for others so this is good compromise.Not sure there aren’t some nylon/plastic bristles in here, but not going to risk pulling some out to flame test. Also a it’s been my experience that a few nylon bristles give the brush just a bit more stiffness & increase durability especially when used on pets. Anyway the bristles aren’t overly sharp or scratchy because as always I tested it on my arm.All three dogs enjoy the brush & really hides well in my hand so this is a good purchase for us.Sorry not more useful for humans buying for usual purpose, but as owner of multiple human palm & beard brushes all used on my dogs I would say this is a good all around brush.

Perfect stocking stuffer for my husband! He likes the quality of the brush and it's lasted well. It works great for his thick beard. Great price.

it really is medium stiffness... I'd hoped it would be a little stiffer but it's fine, and is a great size to carry around. I like it

Sturdy but not too hard. Great grooming tool that could be used on your head but I use for my beard. Will keep at least one in stock forever

Bristles are very soft and tend to pass over my hair rather than brush through it. Great travel size, but does not do what I want a hairbrush to do.

The bristles felt too soft , but this might be because I’m used to using a combThe soft bristles might be a good thing as they are less likely to pull on the beard and are good for a brushing sessionWhat I like a lot is the small size and tge fact that it is very well made and fits in a pocket so I can use it to comb out my beard when I wear a mask.And I’m starting to get used to the soft bristles.

Perfect travel size. Actually quite small and I was looking for a good travel brush. Use it on my balding head ( have hair on the sides and back). Have bought two already...one for car, one for travel, and now going back for one for office. One might have been fine. But seriously I liked it so much And the price is so good, what the heck. I use a larger handled wave brush for home use with soft bristles. This one is very comfortable everywhere on my head...bald part included...and more like a soft-medium. Use your nails to slowly work the paper label off. Then I used some Goo-gone pro-power with a paper towel and the residue came right off with no effort. Shiny and great looking. The other tip is take this to your garbage and briskly rub your hand over the bristles in various directions for about 20-30 seconds. A small number of loose bristles will drop out and what is left is rock solid. The quality/price ratio is out the roof. By the way, my son shaves his head and wears a beard. He never used a beard brush before and tried one of mine and loved it...and took it. He just ordered three. Two for him and a replacement for me. Excited to see this is actually great for its use as intended. :)
