What is the difference between this product and the schultz cactus plus 2-7-7 liquid plant food that comes in the red box please?

I really don't know. I've never seen a Schultz cactus product in a red box. I am a dedicated user of the orange box product for my many healthy cacti and succulents.

Can this mixture touch the plant

Yes. There are some plants that don't like water on their leaves. So it is the moisture not the liquid plant food per se.

how much cactus juice do I use at one feeding for my cactus house plants? how often should they be fed?

You don't need more than a 1/4 teaspoon mixed in one gallon of water and then pour into pot or ground my cactus bloom significantly with just that small amount.
