Acoustics and Beauty!
When my 12 year old Littman lightweight finally bit the dust I decided to invest in what I hoped would be a good quality tool. I am so glad I did!I only recently received this stethescope. The color is not bright pink as pictured in the first image but is a beautiful coral pink as shown in the second and third images.I work with both adult and pediatric patients and I love having a diaphragm for each. I was nervous at first that the tuneable diaphragm was just a gimmick and I would have to change one side to a bell but all my fears have been put to ease. The tuneable diaphragm is amazing! High and low sounds are easily ausciltated over the same area with only a slight change in pressure. "What is that I hear? Let me just adjust the pressure and see if I can bring that sound out and up this beautiful coral pink tube, though these comfy ear pieces and into my waiting auditory canal."In short, the Cardiology III is worth every penny. My husband has a Master Cardiology and although Littman rates the Cardiology III as having slightly lower quality acoustics than the Master Cardiology (Cardiology III rated as 9, Master rated ad 10), there is no appreciable improvement with the Master. In fact, I think mine sounds better!Now, stop reading reviews and order this beauty! You'll be so glad you did.

Great stethoscope
This is a great stethescope. My girlfriend who is a medical student loved this. I got her the pink and she really likes the color and think it works great. I would give it 5 stars but after having it for roughly 2 days the rim fell off and I had to purchase a replacement rim. Other then that minor issue I would have given it 5 stars but overall I am happy with this purchase.

Best buy
This is the best price for the Littman Stethoscope we could find. It is exactly what our daughter wanted and was a very good buy. This is a good stethoscope for a beginner or even a professional. Also bought the nametag to mark it with so it doesn't get lost. Also the variety of colors makes it easier to keep track of which one is yours.

Great stethoscope, color is a little off.
Great quality stethoscope. I bought it on Amazon because of the price. I wish I could have gotten it personalized here like I could have from another vendor. The only reason I gave it four instead of five stars is because the color is a little off from how it looks online. Still pretty, but not what I was expecting. Also, because it is such a light color, it has already started picking up some darker discolorations even though I've only had it about six weeks.

Wonderful scope
The acoustics on this stethoscope are awesome. I am easily able to hear fine crackles, and soft murmurs. I love the color as well. I'd totally buy this stethoscope again!

Great quality stethoscope
I got the coral pink stethoscope. It looks different than the original picture, it looks more like a lighter pink color. I am very happy I purchased this stethoscope and you can definitely tell the difference in quality.

LOVE IT!!!
Just started med school and wanted to have a stethoscope that separated me from the sea of black stethoscopes but wasn't so glaringly girly I would not be taken seriously. This does the trick. Love the color even though it was not as it appears in this picture. I get compliments every time I wear it to fairs or my clinicals.

Excelente calidad...
Es simplemente estupendo, el sonido muy claro, y la calidad inmejorable. Es en verdad una muy buena compra. El color es un tanto más oscuro a como se muestra en la foto, pero aún así es muy bonito. Altamente recomendable. En cuanto al envío llego antes de lo establecido y en muy buenas condiciones.

Funciona como se espera que un Littmann funcione, es de gran calidad el sonido, aísla ruidos externos, el color es muy mono aunque no es mi favorito, viene con 2 pares de olivas adicionales y un diafragma. ¡Me encanta!
