Amazing product. Two of my friends and I hiked 4 of the 46 high peaks this weekend, and honestly could have been in a bit better shape. After Ester and Whiteface the first day, we were sore in various weak points for day two. I had actually purchased this tape to cover moleskin on blisters to keep the moleskin in place. We used it for this purpose and it worked amazing! However, we decided to try it for its intended purpose as well. Having never used KT tape before, I was skeptical how it could make a difference, but this was a game changer. My two friends used it on their knees and were blown away by the support it gave. My one friend went from literally hobbling to walking straight immediately after application. I used mine for quad support, and my legs felt almost completely recovered after application. We finished day two successfully! They wanted to make sure I wrote a glowing review, and we are all buying more of this stuff. It stayed on thru sweat, a thunderstorm, and rock scrambles. The moleskin also stayed perfectly in place so it was great for that too! I don’t think I’ve ever been so impressed by a product.

Nice and thin material but needs changing every day. Had it on my ankle and always comes off on the edges in the shower which is expected but slowly peels off after that Nice design

My son needs KT tape for his feet as he’s grown so much he now has feet issues and the KT tape helps correct the issues. KT yap adds up fast when you’re using it daily. This price is soooo much cheaper than CVS and Walgreens. Super happy with this!
