Check for yourself in the top hand left-hand corner of this page in the product pictures it's stated it's 13 1/8 see for yourself it's in one the product photo's.

Q: Will this fit the sundown SA-12

I have a sundown sa-10 with the 10 inch grille. It fits around the sides of the sub, but the sub just barely hits the grille on really low songs. I would get some rubber spacers or just go with a higher excursion grille.
