I've been trying out the Garden of Life Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies, and while they don't quite reach the high bar set by the ACV energy gummies, they are still a solid choice. The taste is excellent—not too tangy or sweet—and makes taking them enjoyable. They do offer some helpful benefits, but I did find them to be slightly less effective than the ACV energy gummies I previously used. Overall, these gummies are a great addition to my daily routine and definitely worth considering if you're looking for a tasty and convenient way to incorporate apple cider vinegar into your diet. Just keep in mind, if you've tried the energy gummies before, you might find these a little less potent.

So my first and foremost complaint is that it’s not the regular type of gummy - it’s not chewy. It’s this soggy kind of gummy. Just soft, no bouncing back, which I’m surprised about because I was expecting chewy gummy.. But if I eat it by leaving it in my mouth for a while to wait till in melt, I guess it’s alright. Overall the flavor is okay. Not too unpleasant. Some of them have ginger taste... I haven’t seen any results yet really but I guess it’s nice to notice some placebo effect psychologically that I’m eating something sweet that’s healthy? But I probably wouldn’t buy again...

I have tried several different brands of apple cider gummies, and these are the best tasting ones I have tried. Frankly, I still balk at the high prices of such a cheaply manufactured product, since you can make your own for pennies, but I buy these when I am too busy (or lazy) to make them. They are just sweet enough and one can mildly taste the apple cider vinegar. I like the taste of vinegar, even in gummies, so if you expect more candy tasting gummies, these are not the ones you want. I suspect though, that the sweeter they are and the more like regular gummy bears they taste, the less effective they are. I can’t attest to their weight loss properties, yet; if they start reducing my waistline, I will revisit my review.
