Awesome stuff, I take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening foe 2 to 3 day and the cold I felt coming on is gone, now in the fall (October and November) I've been talking the same dosages daily to assist my body in fighting my algeries and decrease flu systems, everyone around me is getting sick. My grandson is taking the liquid form of this stuff daily, he went from being sick with stuffy nose and coughing every other month to first time in six months having to stay home from daycare. It has helped better than every herb or homeopathic products I have used.

If you feel like you're coming down with a cold or the flu this will ward it off. It works. Also a good immunity booster if you are forced to be around sick people in a public place. I use it as part of a complete immunity boosting regimen.
