These benches arrived in just a few days from Amazon. The back of the bench has a metal bar along the back and on one of the backs the bar was not completely fitted into the groove and bulged out, resulting in a warped back. I immediately called Polywood Customer Service and they were super nice and shipped me a replacement part. That took almost a week to get as it was shipped FedEx and not Amazon. But both benches went together in about 20 minutes each (and I am a 74 year old grandmother). I got help carrying them down to the tennis court - they are pretty heavy. But they look great, are comfortable and add some class to the court.

This was actually quite easy to assemble, took about 20 minutes using two people. It is very sturdy and the way the seat is made it is super comfortable. It swings great and looks fantastic on my front porch. It comes with chains but you will need to purchase the items needed to attach to the ceiling, they are not included. It looks like wood without ever having to paint it. This will definitely last a lifetime. Highly recommend. Great price for this quality poly wood!

Love my swing. I liked the swing I had but was sick of pressure washing and staining it every year. When it came time to replace my swing, I already knew what I wanted. Composite, no more staining. Quality and easy to assemble.

IUPDATE: Polywood is standing behind their product and warranty 100%. Dealing with Bethany at Polywood has been a complete success and stress free experience. I’m these times, that is rare! The warranty claim process went smoothly and quickly. I loved this product over the years and now I love their work ethic and pride in their product! Bravo, Polywood! I purchased this rather pricey bench for our backyard. It basically implies it can withstand any weather. However, my experience does not comport with the warranty provided by this company. My bench legs broke this weekend, absolutely split in two rendering the bench unstable and unusable. I have filed a claim thru Amazon. I am hoping Polywood honors their 20 year warranty. If they do I will update.

Beautiful, sturdy bench well worth the money. We purchased a varnished wooden outdoor bench last spring thinking it was more economical, and by the end of the year the varnish had splintered and peeled off and the wood was rotting. My parents have a polywood swing bench nearly ten years old that still looks brand new, so we decided to make the investment and we couldn’t be happier with this bench. The size is perfect, the seat is extremely comfortable, and the finish is beautiful.

Love the polywood swing or any polywood product for that matter. Bought some large springs on Amazon to go with it. Instructions are very good and the swing is very easy to build but getting it level, right height, and perfect angle for sitting was a tedious process. Does not come with ceiling anchor bolts. Be sure and buy some heavy duty larger anchor bolts. I relied on ones already installed on my ceiling porch and I came crashing down after sitting in it. Get it anchored well!
