This is a great tool and strapping set. Very professional, and very functional. The tools are bulletproof.

Easy to use. Idiot Proof

The center of the 1/2" x 9000' Polypropylene (PP) Strapping is way to big and does not fit in the strapping cart dispenser. Do I need to return the whole thing or can y'all send me the right size strapping. Need a7-1/2" center instead of a 15-1/2" center. Everything else is great.

I can't fault the plastic because I'm choosing to use plastic banding. The whole thing works well minus the tensioner to the spindle of the banding dispenser keeps winding tighter until I need to stop and unwind the threads to allow it to move again. Perhaps some retaining cotter pin would allow the unit to be set after adjusted to desired tension?

The product was a kit to include the straps, buckles, sealer-No 3004, and Tensioning Tool. The Sealer was not included, which makes all the rest of it useless.

The kit came with the strapping 8" spool plate but the end caps have a 16" spool plate.WHY?????????

I didn’t receive the 1000 piece seals, the tensioner, and the sealer crimpers.
