Necklace looks nice and is a good idea. However, it's hard for me to open under normal circumstances, so I think would it be even harder to open in an emergency.

Chain provided is thin and weak, not the same as the one pictured/advertised. It broke immediately. Not as advertised. Pendant is cheap looking. Disappointing.

This is a very nice necklace/ locket. Very sturdy and the magnet closes is very securely. It holds three of my nitrogen tablets with room to spare. It is very pretty not like the medical ones. The cost is even better. The clasp 9s very sturdy too but you wont need ot. The chain is long enough to just draw over your head. Love it may buy one in each of the colors.
