Nordic Ware 3048 Sweet Snowflakes Shortbread Pan, Silver, Aluminium

This is a great addition to my Nordicware collection. Cute pattern. I’m just starting to get into making authentic Scottish shortbread cookies! This will be a great help

I LOVE this pan!! And the recipe that comes with it is perfect. No adjustments needed - it's my family's new favourite. We can't decide if we like them best warm out of the oven or cooled, either way delicious. Also, I have tried freezing them and they froze really well. The pan itself is very easy to use - just follow the directions provided. The plastic fork tip to loosen before taking out of the pan worked. Cutting the cookies while warm also worked like a charm. This is one kitchen extra that is a real favourite! Worth the investment.

Una bella teglia robusta,fatta bene,facile anche da pulire con una spazzolina da piatti. È importante azzeccare l'impasto altrimenti rischia di attaccarsi sul fondo, però l'impronta dello stampo resta sull'impasto.

Really well made, heavy and beautiful. Looking forward to making Christmas shortbread in this.
