I am a 175 pound man that work out and keep myself in shape and do my best to eat right years ago I messed up my left shoulder from lifting to heavy before I got this bracelet I was having a little problems with my right shoulder if I picked something up with a little weight it felt like my shoulder was going to give out on me I had the metal version of trion z but for some reason it felt like it was doing nothing for me I bought a couple of trion z bracelets in the past so I know for sure that they work I fill 100 percent better it took about 1 week maybe 2 before I felt better but then again I did fill a little better the first day that I put on this bracelet give this bracelet a week or 2 and you will see the difference plus this bracelet helps you to sleep better at night.

This product is sleek in design and functional magnet technology. As a golfer, I love my Trion-Z!

My husband loves this band

It was great while it lasted but twice the clasp self released and twice it was lost. While I would love to buy a third one, I think I am going to look for something that doesn't have a release clasp. Only other negative thing I can say is that when it gets wet, it does take some time to dry but you will get used to it assuming that you own it long enough. Some of the material will fray but for me, it didn't rip apart like some others (again, I only had it for a few months.

The pin that holds one of the braids in came out only 7 days of wearing it.

Had a similar bracelet for years and it was getting tatty So replaced The new clasp isnt great Lost bracelet, so I am wearing the old tatty one again Should be better for the price
