~~I bought this pack from TCG sellers, this review reflects THEIR pack, do not compare to other sellers~~In short, this is exactly what a new player or returning player might be interested in. You're not going to find a black lotus or some super rare card in here, but you will get lots of varied cards that you can build or upgrade casual decks with. That in mind, I did receive up to 8 of the same card, and a few 7's, a few more 6's.Here's the breakdown of the cards I received-25 Rares, 5 Mythics, as advertised... all legal for modern play and some actually pretty decent.55 Lands - No basics, max of 4 of any type. I went through and cataloged every card from this box, the full list is below. I got a total of 1128 cards (comprised of 649 unique cards). There were a large number of duplicates (almost half the box with some cards like Claustrophobia of Axebane Stag having 10 copies of each). There was a fair number of double-sided cards so the numbers may be slightly off (+/- ~15 cards). In my full list below I have listed both sides of the card a separate cards.I'm new to MtG and this was a great way to start out. What I expected: reading the reviews I was skeptical, I was half expecting a box full of bad quality duplicate commons, 25x mudhole for rare and 5x protean hydras for mythic since I tend to have bad luck in life.What I got: pleasant surprise, as advertised I got the promised mythical and rare cards and they had good variety, my only gripe with the mythics was a conspiracy mythic which is only really useable when drafting that set- but the rest of the rares and mythics are of good value for the price of admission. I’ve included a picture for the keen eyed. The box had a good mix of uncommon & commons from as far back as ice age- mostly newer sets, there were multiple play sets of different uncommons and commons; all lands included were not basic ones. Overall I am satisfied.The good: worth the price of admission, fun to sort through and if you play EDH (commander for new players) this could be a nice starter kit to get you building with stuff you might not see at your LGS.The Bad: I didn’t like getting a card that can’t be used except in the conspiracy set during a draft- especially a mythic; but the art is cool on it so 50/50 right?The Ugly: the art on “Eaten by Spiders”I would recommend buying this if you...Are new to the game and want an instant collection of good variety.EDH player that wants to get some wacky new cards to build with.

Tons and tons of duplicates. Some good cards.**edit** I originally gave this seller a two star feedback before I had gone through all of the cards, but after about three hours of sorting, I've decided to knock off a star. I was hoping there wouldn't be as many as I thought, or maybe just a couple of duplicated cards, and I would be able to justify keeping the cards. But there was an overwhelming amount of duplicates, and the cards themselves weren't very impressive at all. The rares and mythics were subpar. Over half the box was composed of just duplicates (~549) over 4 or more, and even more than that were ones that came right up to four, which means the choices were extremely limited for deck building. I counted everything (just to see how mad I'd be). But I definitely wouldn't suggest anyone buy this. It definitely isn't worth the 20 useful cards -- because even some of the mythics & rares were useless. All in all, I'm extremely unsatisfied and will be sending my cards back and looking for a better seller. Save yourself the trouble of hours of counting and do the same.**edit no. 2** I decided to see if I could at least just get my money back the easy way instead of hashing it out with some customer service person, and looked up the prices of the cards. The majority of the common and uncommon cards are completely worthless, and the rares and mythic rares that initially interested me are worth about 10 cents each. When I looked up about 10 of them and they all came back with the same price, I started getting a little suspicious.We also finished counting them all, and were short about 20 cards.Do not invest in this scam. It is not worth the amount paid for it, in money or stress.
