This is an awesome supplement. I use this to help us not get sunburn after our chiropractor recommended it. We have used it for years. I try to take it before we go out in the sun or if I do get a sunburn I’ll take a few to help it heal faster.

I take this because I’m extremely sensitive to the sun. My chiropractor recommended these and when I remember to take them every day (which is about half the time🤭) they work amazingly well.

This vitamin is full of the Omegas that your body needs! You will notice more energy after a few days, it’s important if you are a vegetarian, I am on my second bottle of this vitamin, I will be taking this for the rest of my life, it’s expensive, but worth every cent
