Very helpful :) If you tend towards constipation this is very helpful and did not cause me cramping. At first your body may react more quickly but over time your body might get used to it and not respond as quickly so it's good to take a break from it a few days a week for that reason. Doesn't taste bad but tastes better with a little lemon juice and monk fruit/stevia. Also feels like it detoxes/clears my brain a bit after I've eaten crappy foods when mixed with nettle tea.

I would have given it 5 stars because it does work, it just seems to take a long time for it kick in. I waited about 10-12 hours, then it started to work. It’s been a very gentle experience for me. No violent diarrhea, or sharting as other reviews have mentioned. I wasn’t constipated, just felt like I wanted to clean my bowels out a bit. I do recommend the product, just be aware that it appears to affect people very differently.

This senna is very effective and the price is surprisingly low. I’ve noticed that the prices on various brands of sanity have been climbing regularly, but this was a pleasant surprise at only 4.99 a box It is well worth the money

I like this product. It does what it is intended to do. A suggestion is to mix it with other teas to give some flavor, such as an herbal hibiscus. This brand appears stronger than Smooth Move.
