I have had three of these now, due to one arriving with a broken fan. That was refunded promptly and I eventually got around to buying another, and lot them. One in the office and one in the bedroom and I'd have another in the living room when the current one there (another, more expensive, fancy brand) breaks. It's just I didn't know about diffusers and got one for my birthday. The Maxico has a very wide base and it is very easy to get to the ceramic to clean it. I have one at double the price and the ceramic is very inset, with a very tiny access slot and oil and residue definitely builds up. You must clean them every so often and it's just really difficult to do it in this other one. With the Maxico, you just wipe the inside and can use a cloth or q-tip to wipe out the ceramic. It puts out a great smell with just 3 - 5 drops, so saving on oil, and the remote is great. I paired it with Alexa and now we just tell it to turn on for an hour or two for bed and it turns off on its own. We don't use the remote control. That's great if you don't have it paired with some smart device. All in all, I'm very happy and think it's great value for money if you like diffusers. I just think it helps to brighten the day a little, which is always a good thing, especially in the winter with the windows all battened down. And this Maxico has been great, and I just like it being easy to clean.

So happy with this. So handy to ask alexa to turn it on for whatever length of time I want.

Easy install , nice design , work easily from the phone app , I am still trying it , the cent is not strong so I am trying another type of essential oil to be sure , the price is expensive for it

Had this product for about a month, used for two weeks and it doesn't work. The vapour doesn't actually come out and so I cannot use this product and wasted my money.- update seller has sorted this issue out for me and very quickly I am impressed thank you.

Great diffuser with a nice range of colours and choice of two output levels. Simple to use with the buttons on the front but to get the most out of it download the Tuya Smart app and get full remote control. Connected to our Alexa network now and switches on and off on voice command but like a lot of 2.4GHz smart plugs you just need to switch it to the second pairing mode (slow blinking light). Dont let this put you off buying. its not complicated and its good value.

At first glance ok. Plenty of mist etc. Set it for 6 hours at the high setting. On checking when it switched off. Floor was soaking wet. OK due to it being Vinyl flooring. Would've been a different story if it was carpet. Also took an age to set up app. No matter what I did it would not pair using Bluetooth. Eventually set it up manually to WiFi. App now working great. . Have had to buy a bit of perspex to sit unit on to keep Floor from getting wet. To summarise. Don't even try setting it up for Bluetooth. Remains to be seen what the future hold lol. Only had it for 24hrs and it's already been quite eventful......Done lol.

Fabulous diffuser. Very easy to set up and link to Alexa. So easy to instruct to turn on and off. Makes the whole room smell amazing and looks stylish.
