Accidentally bought 2 - still in the box! Awesome product that saves us (and our wrinkly clothes) every morning. Works quickly and efficiently.

Works well, a little bigger than some of the others I've used - about 10 minutes of steam per fill
I had to replace an old portable garment steamer recently and bought this product. It is a little bigger than the last one I had but the tank holds the same amount. Would have preferred it to be a bit smaller, but no big deal. It steams well and as long as you don't fill it past the line and keep it upright, it doesn't spit out water onto the fabric. Works well and the steam lasts for about 10 minutes. I hang the clothing I'm steaming from an overhead pipe with a hanger with clips and it does the job. I also use filtered water just in case there are sediments in the tap that could damage the heating elements. Good product.

It had quite good reviews and most of all
I have been researching and read many reviews about portable garment steamers. Amount all, I decided to try the V2 by Deneve. It had quite good reviews and most of all, the price was just right. I was pleasantly surprised by its performance. Though not a perfect steamer, it suited my needs. First of all, the appearance was neat, the instructions was simple, it was quite light, even when filled to the max with distilled water (we have hard water). The water steams in a couple of minutes and spouts quite well. There is a very slight learning curve. Do NOT hole the steamer tilted downwards, it will drip scalding water pretty bad. If you hold it slight tilted upwards 5-10 degrees, it works quite well. Be sure to have some old towels or cloth on the floor. That way, dripping is very negligible. Over all, I will give it four stars only because of the slight dripping, which I presume is a problem with all steamers. I have steamed about a dozen shirts and trousers and my wife thinks its worthwhile. PS. I soaked a sheet of Fabree in half a gallon of water and it helped with the clean Fabree smell.

It spat on me!
I don't understand all the positive reviews here. I followed the directions. This thing spits hot water like an angry mother in law. It was terribly frightening. It sputters and splatters hot water and actually blew off the brush attachment. Word of advise, don't reapply the brush until after the steamer has cooled.I tried steaming little wrinkles and big wrinkles and all had the same result. I had to hold the steamer against the clothes to get any relief and kept burning my hands in the process. And it still looked like the clothes were slept in. I even pressed the clothes against the wall with the steam. Nothing. It took me 3 times longer to get a mediocre look than it would have to get a nice press from an iron. Keep your irons people! And your fingers!I guess if you were steaming veils or something made of tulle this would be great. But if you use any other material in the universe, use an iron. Be grateful - at least they work.

Attention Knitters!!
I see a lot of questions from knitters about whether the garment steamer works for steaming knits. This does, but like other garment steamers, it should not be titled more than 45 degrees. What to do? I pinned out my garment pieces (first time knitting with acrylic, and I read steaming is appropriate) on my blocking mats. I usually just lay them out on the guest bed. This time, I picked up the entire piece, blocks and all, and laid it against the headboard. Then I carefully steamed it. The ends, which were minimally curled, straightened right out. I am usually a wet blocker, soaking a piece before I pin it. But at least for acrylic, this worked beautifully. I would imagine it would work for wool as well, although I like wet blocking to even up my stitches.

Gets the wrinkles out and works really well on little girls ruffle dresses and other items of the sort..
It's the first time I've used a steamer in my life.... with that info let me say I was a tad disappointed that it didn't' work miracles and instantly make my clothes perfect. It did however work as expected I guess. It did not spit water and it did warm up to a good temperature. It got the wrinkles out of my 3-6 month old's outfit. The outfit was 100% cotton and it took the whole water container to get the wrinkles out of that one outfit but it did it's job. I suspect I was just naive on what any steamer can accomplish. I do believe it's selling point is that it is great on little girls ruffle dresses and clothing and other items around the house with similar circumstances. I sell the clothing that my children have outgrown on ebay and this makes the task easier.

Pleased with product for the price
For the most part, this steamer works very well. I really like the fact that the water heats very quickly. But the water gets very hot, I would not recommend using this product barefooted. The steamer I got spits and sputters A LOT, especially right after heating up, does not matter at what level the water is. Multiple hot water droplets on my feet and legs did not feel good! But does not happen all the time, just be aware. Only was able to steam two adult t-shirts and one pair of ladies shorts before the water ran out. The tank is good size, but water runs out very quickly. Garment hook is fairly good, but only attaches to the side of my dryer, so it's not a very good height for ease of use. Overall I would suggest this steamer to others.

Works great
This is a great little device that works much faster than an iron and is more convenient to remove wrinkles. I have a few shirts made of heavy cotton material that always come out of the dryer hideously wrinkled. The steamer has plenty of capacity to have them looking good in just a few minutes. It heats up fast and is easy to use. I have had no issues with the hot water spitting out and there are clear instructions to prevent this from happening. I also use it on dress shirts which I fortunately do not have to wear very often. Obviously it won't put in a crease like an iron but you also don't have to set up an ironing board or risk burn marks on clothing. The few things I need pressed are better done by the dry cleaner anyway, so I am very happy with this purchase.

Good steamer, bad hanging doohickey
I bought this primarily to re-shape a cowboy hat. It worked perfectly for that job. I also tried it to steam wrinkles from some shirts. It did the trick there, too. But there's a completely worthless gadget included, which I'd recommend you simply throw away. That's the little bar with a suction cup at one end and a hook on the other. It's supposed to let you attach the bar so you can hang up a shirt on any wall or flat surface, but the suction cup doesn't stick for more than a minute or two. It then drops your clean shirt on the floor. So, good steamer, bad doohickey.
