Great for my smoothies, there is a good amount in the package, and no crazy smells. It seems like a great product but I haven’t noticed any huge healthy benefits. Easy to use, solid packaging.

Has no taste at all. You cannot taste the sweet potato. Save your money.

It’s pretty much flavorless. I tried to shake a tablespoon up with some almond milk in a blender bottle but it wouldn’t blend no matter how long I shook it. I guess if I want milk tea, I’ll have to have hot milk tea. It does goes well with a little coconut syrup if you don’t mind the chunks of power you suck up through the straw.

I was elated to find a pure, organic purple yam powder without any fillers or coloring, but wasn't sure how Ube would come out with this. I have to admit I was skeptical it would taste like the ube I love, but I successfully made an organic, additive free ube that tastes DELICIOUS! I have to admit I was a little surprised. I've made ube from the frozen purple yams and from the Ube mix at the Filipino stores, but this will be my go to from here on out! I was also thinking I would use the whole bag for a batch but I didn't at all so I think it's a good value as well.It seems those saying it had no flavor were expecting ube, but purple yams are just the main ingredient of ube, not ube itself. And it yam is a starch so yes its going to be gritty in certain recipes/drinks. Look up a recipe for Ube Hayala (Ube Jam) and enjoy all the possibilities!
