2kg CO2 Fire Extinguisher - Economy w/Frost Free Swivel Horn - FireShield

The Extinguisher is as described, we will only know how it performs if we have to use it. The advantage of Co2 is that it is clean to use and ideal for electrical fires. Our cooker and heating boiler are electrical.

Good size, looks like any other extinguisher I've ever seen. Obviously not used it, but hoping the 5 star review is correct.

Fire extinguishers come in all sorts of types and sizes. I knew what I wanted - in order to be safe in the kitchen, without the like hood of causing greater damage after a potential fire outbreak. This refurbished extinguisher is a good safe product, sold for a very fair price.

Bought this for my house. Sat in corner for 3 years gathering dust. Had an unexpected electrical fire on my ride on mower while it was sat in my garrage. Was able to successfully extinguish with this before fire egnighted feul tank. Saved me thousands in damages! 10/10. Always have a fire extinguisher in your house. You never know!

This is the second 2kg CO2 extinguisher I have bought... the first, I relocated to my "Garden Office", so I needed another one for the house. This is a perfect size..... bigger than the normal small household ones..... but smaller than a much larger 5kg one.....(which I bought for my main workshop... and is actually huge..). It comes already with a wall bracket, so simply drill and fit to the wall. This is maybe the most perfectly sized but still of a useful size for keeping in the house.

It's a fire extinguisher, hopefully I never have to use it. You would never tell that this is a reconditioned extinguisher, very well refurbished, I will not be testing it to see if it works, but I have no doubts it will should I ever need it.

The extinguisher arrived promptly, with a text notification from the delivery service of when it was arriving. Although described as "refurbished" the extinguisher looks brand new, paint is perfect and the metal is bright. Haven't used it (hope I never have to..) but it's handy to have in the home just in case. Pleased with the price paid, I think it offers value for money.

Arrived on the Isle of Wight the day after dispatch, can't grumble at that. Unfortunately the packaging had not survived the journey and was in tatters, there are scratches on the item where it had fallen out as a result. However, it is not an ornament so I have no real problem with that. Otherwise it appears absolutely as described and, like many other reviewers, I hope I never have to test it.
