My fingernails are the strongest they’ve ever been — they’re no longer breaking or peeling like they used to. Used for a month.. probably helped? But for the price just meh and not a huge fan of the flavor. The gummies with berry flavors are far superior - so they really should reconsider doing these in something different. I use their Melatonin ones all the time and LOVE those.. these were sort of disappointing.
