Very interesting product!
Very interesting. I bought the extra strength and took 2 pills last night. It took awhile to fall asleep but it did allow my brain to feel calm with my thoughts. Once I did fall asleep I had very vivid dreams - not scary, just intense and vivid most likely related to the Valerian Root. I woke up completely refreshed and will definitely take them again. I think I will take them a little earlier than the time I would like to sleep to start the unwinding process. I took them at 9:40 last night and didn’t fall asleep until about 11:30 so it takes some time to work but I was out after that until 6:30. So I’m happy about that.Update: This absolutely works. I’ve been using it regularly and notice a difference. I dream and sleep 7-8 hours with this and wake up refreshed. It’s amazing actually. This brand works. I use their other stuff too such as Anxie-T extra strength which works too.

When I wake up at night I take 2 Rest-ZZZ. That helps me fall back to sleep.

Don’t buy to make you sleepy. Don’t work
Don’t help to make you sleepy. Was a waste of over 25.00. Don’t buy!! Waiting to have knee and hip surgery. A lot of pain so purchased. Threw away about the whole container and bought different stuff. Worked wonderful.

Helps with Sleep
These pills do seem to help somewhat. It is worth a try and sleep pills help some folks and some it does not help.

Gave it a try.
Was hoping this would work for me. The first night I took it I actually slept 6 hours. Although, the next week I would still wake up after 4 hours and could not go back to sleep. Im not saying it’s not good, it just didn’t work for me.

Great Night’s Sleep
I have been taking only one capsule (directions state to take 2) for several years. My sleep quality is great, & I really like the results. I also do not wake up groggy while the effect of it wears off. I highly recommend this product.
