Sprouted well for me!

Einkorn grain is better for you than modern grain.
Einkorn grain is much better for you than modern grains. Modern grains have been modified for greater yields, but when they modified the modern grains they did not make sure they were as good for you as the original grains. So I am going to grow my own Einkorn grain and make bread this summer.
