Where are these candles made from?

They are made in China. I would have never ordered if I had seen that anywhere in the write up. I did not. I saw it on the box when they arrived. I am using them, but they do not burn well.

Two questions: the burn time listed says 4 hours, is that per candle? Are they in plastic or glass containers? Thank you

They are in clear plastic containers. I have only burnt one for about 2 hours and there was wax left. They have a slight honey smell. Hope this helped you.

Are the plastic bases fireproof? Will they melt if left burning?

I would be afraid to leave any thing in plastic burning.
