This inexpensive standard lamp with "baby lamp " attached. I'm delighted with it..its about 6ft.high. a large shade facing upwards. and "the baby shade" for a reading lamp. .Excellent quality. A sturdy base .a .bright yet soft light.lm amazed that such a reasonably priced double lamp should work so well..

Great light, found it easy to assemble, I used LED lights, works well, perfect size for application, in a corner so no problem with stability, nice looking lamp.

It's a great lamp for the price and looks good. The mother-and-child lamp has a good, sturdy, weighted base. It's a straightforward job to screw the individual parts together to make the pole, which is then fixed by screwing it to the base stand. Because the electricity cable runs along the length of the pole, a couple of cable clips would be a helpful addition to tidy up the cable by clipping it to the pole and securing the double switch. Other than that, it is easy to adjust the height of the reading lamp with the thumb screw. Please be aware that the light bulbs are not included in the price, which wasn't the case with a similar mother-and-child lamp I had previously purchased. However, fortunately, I had one of each type of light bulb needed for the up-lighter and reading lamp.

Easy to put together. Requires only one person. Base is very heavy so is stable and sturdy. The adjustable light is great and can be twisted wherever you need it to be. It's a large size and functions well.

I can only second the opinion of others, this is really good value and nice looking light - excellent for the price. It might be worth knowing that it's a bit fiddly to screw together while also getting the power leads running where you want them - but it's not impossible and certainly not enough to lose a star.

Amazing Lamp for living room and bedroom very easy to assemble doesn’t come with any bulbs, and it is two different sizes bulbs for the two fitting. Other than that it’s a great light quality and well worth the price.

I purchased the lamp which is dimmable with remote control. It's beautiful and as it's dimmable gives great light for reading, relaxing and everything in between. The lamp is solid..the lampshade is not plastic as per the others in this product page. It looks and feels classy. Came with a bulb! Needed something like this in my living room for ages but never found anything I liked. This is gorgeous.
