these are very good half soles, fit well, dont fall off, and give good turns. however they dont last long. they got a hole in the toe and lost all grip after only 3 months and i only danced in them for 2 hours a week.

These fit differently than my leather ones from capizio, so I would size up next time I buy them. The straps are not adjustable. Great quality though! I always shop this brand.
