wa sent incomplete kit - the monitor was missing. No option of gettting the missing item or replacement. Only option was to return it. To accpet return I had to guaranytee that someone would be at my apartment from 8am to 23pm to hand over to collection person

Works great! Installed on my sxs so when I'm backing my trailer up I can see where I am going. Picture is clear and install was very very easy! You can even adjust the backup lines updown left and right! The camera has bright white reverse lights also. The cable is very hey long also.

I absolutely like the fact that you’re given instructions with options in connecting this back up camera. I had an issue with this product monitor being faulty and reached out to seller who’s name is Fiona. She responded promptly and with few questions I was offered not just the replacement monitor but an entirely new set. Fiona is very customer oriented and displayed the highest quality I’ve ever experienced. Because of this I say to the person reading this don’t think twice about purchasing from seller /Fiona. One side note the white wire that looks like a loop Is for the lines to assist with objects distance when in reverse, don’t cut unless you’re absolutely sure you are not going to need this. I recommend not cutting. I choose to connect to my reverse light that option turns on the camera only when vehicle is placed in reverse. I did this removing my tail light assembly located my positive lead which power on the reverse light and connect the red wire and the black to the ground wire.This cable had a black end with the female connector which will then get connect to the red lead of my camera. The next cable has the yellow rca connector for the video feed from camera to the monitor. Cable also has a red wire attached at both ends.. I connect this red wire to the same reverse light positive lead which is now used to power my monitor. I then connected the second connector just like the one used to power the back camera. Red wire from my video cable to the red from black connector and the black wire grounded to my vehicle chassis / metal. I now completed my application by connecting the black connector to my monitor red rca connector and yellow too yellow. I didn’t use the white connector and that’s how I connected my system.

ERapta Support is terrific. I can’t say enough of how great they were. . . I have a 1940 Ford hot rod & needed a backup camera system. Initially I had bought the eRapta, License plate backup camera with 4.3 inch HD 1080P display monitor kit, which has LED lights with the camera. Aesthetically the camera was too big for me. I also bought the HD Camera with Night Vision and IP69 which is a smaller infrared camera system. I wanted the smaller infrared camera to work with the 4.3 monitor. It didn’t work. The LED camera worked, BUT that’s not what I wanted. I reached out to the support team to find out why the Night Vision camera didn’t work with the 4.3 display monitor. They replied that they weren’t compatible systems, but said not to worry, they would make it happen. Within a week, I received another 4.3 monitor & it worked with the smaller night vision IP69 camera. I am really a happy camper. The eRapta support representative, Nicole, was great. Thanks for all of your help.
