Got rid of bloating, gas and acidity. And strangely my skin started looking good too, idk how it is affecting my skin. But if I stop taking this, I get back to old state in some days.

I am prone to acidity and indigestion. Everytime I eat something spicy, I find myself belching and feeling sick. I was tired with all the medications that the doctor had advised me. But ever since I was introduced to Wellbeing Nutritions Prebiotics + Probiotics, I have said bye bye to all my digestion problems. Not only does it have a delicious flavour, but it gives me instant relief from acidity and heartburn.

It is effective

The probiotics work but let me tell you that there is something called 'bio individuality ' which means that it won't work on everyone alright. Now while you're having this probiotics everyday make sure you have a healthy diet and you do not overeat everyday and depend on the probiotics to do its job of aiding digestion of all the junk you are eating, it doesn't work that way. You must have be following a healthy diet followed by physical activities of your choice everyday when you're having supplements that aid in your overall health. It tastes good but it also gives me continuous burps after consuming, maybe it will subside after a few more uses. I will be updating my review after this bottle is over. UPDATE: I used it for a month now, the first two weeks the probiotics did not go well with my tummy(sticky poop, gas, bloating) but after that my tummy got settled and I was having really amazing digestion so that means it takes time for your tummy to get used to the new strains of probiotics and after that it shows you how magical this probiotics is but you have to follow a few steps such as not eating too much, not eating junk and too much refined sugar, do not eat late at night(eat at around 8-8.30 p.m, drink atleast 3 litres of water per day by adding a teaspoon of sabja seeds in the summer, observe intermittent fasting for atleast twice a week, have a lot of veggies and fruits, have a balanced diet, do not sacrifice sleep. Do all these things and make sure you take this probiotics early in the morning in an empty stomach and do not eat for an hour after you take it but keep drinking water. If you have severe side effects from this then stop immediately and find another probiotics with the right strains that would suit you., Consult a dietician. Do not consume if you have allergic symptoms and very bad bloating, stomach pain, loose tools for days, heart burn or ache or any symptoms that would make you feel really sick. This might not work on everyone so be very careful. I do not endorse this product and the above comments about it's action on my body are strictly my view and how it worked on me. Pathetic product. I had a good experience until today when I opened the box approximately four tablets were broken... It felt like the moment you want to believe something is for real ... it goes poof.... Brands after earning brand name they start ditching & sabotaging there customers...The product provided by Amazon seems faulty. Tablets Was totally crushed Unlike that other brand - 1. It has a dull colour. 2. Tablets was broken 3. Annoying Dark color in the middle of tablets 4. 21 Tablets at 599 is too expensive for such cheap quality tablets Tried one tablet taste acidic and irritates the stomach causing nausea to anyone who has it. Clearly the company has QC issues with the lots. All pictures attached .

I had purchase for my mom who has lot of digestive issues. She had indeed felt lot of relief using this one.
