Great pull up bar
Doesnt budge no screws needed and a 85kg person had tried and it still did not even bend slightly

Feels solid and reliable for adults to use
Primarily bought this to help with the kids gymnastics now and find it is easy to use. Just turn the bar to tighten it like you would with a shower curtain rod - make sure it is as tight as it goes in order to support body weight. Once fully tightened it supports chin ups for also adults (~70kg). There are also two brackets provided to screw it into place for extra security.
