With hard and soft water both, after a few months of use I noticed a big difference in how shiny, soft and strong my hair was. Paired with the shampoo. Plus it smells SO good. I’m really picky about the way my hair and body wash smells, this is a warm, deep, sweet smell. Unlike the typical crappy shampoo/conditioner smells you can’t get away from.

Smells nice, rinses clean, hair is softer and smoother. Has really helped my breakage substantially! In just 4 uses! . I paired with another B&B shampoo . Always been my favorite shampoo and conditionerI can't say this is my favorite conditioner by them. This is def for repair,and my hair seemed to be headed to critical status just out of the blue. I hadn't been coloring, or using the hot iron, i even quit blowing it dry. I would just twist it gently into a bun at night and let the natural curl flow the next day.. until it all. Just started breaking for no reason. Menopause? Bad diet? Maybe, however this conditioner is taking it on and it is bringing my hair back. Works good!

Every time I wash my fine straight long hair (down to my tailbone) it gets incredibly tangled. Sometimes I end up cutting the knots off because it's impossible to untangle it even with leave in treatments. THIS was the 1st treatment/conditioner I have used that made my hair nearly tangle free!! It smells nice, like honey based perfume, and it makes the hair super silky and strong. It never left my hair feeling weighed down or oily (if rinsed out thoroughly); I notice far less fall out.I was so blown away after the very 1st time I tried it that I started to recommend it to everyone who has hair. This conditioner together with Redken Extreme Length Leave-In Conditioner saved my hair. (If this product at its price point is out of someone's budget, there is a less expensive but almost equally well performing alternative: Eva NYC Lazy Jane air dry conditioner.)

I’m 65 and my hair was thinning and had a coarser texture. My hair so so soft and easy to style since I starting using these products. It’s not falling out like it was either. I was losing so much hair that I was getting nervous about it, so I knew I needed to up my hair products game.I get more compliments on my hair now too. Pricey but worth it, and you don’t need a lot of product to clean and condition. I’d give it more stars if I could I’m that happy with it.

By far my favorite conditioner makes my hair look healthier with every use

I purchased this product on the advice of my Hair Stylist who herself uses this product. I have very dry, fine, frizzy, damaged hair and have tried tons of products to no avail. I will say this product has done more for my hair than anything else I’ve used and hope with continued use I will see even more improvement. I will add I use the Shampoo and Repair Treatment in conjunction with the Conditioner. The products are thick, and do not have an offending smell. A small amount of product goes a long way, which is a plus considering the price. I gave this product a 4 star because of the cost.

I love BB products but this one in particular does fantastic at conditioning and moisturizing the hair. I have very thick hair and don’t need to use a lot to feel like I’ve fully distributed throughout my hair. It is on the mid range in price but is well worth it because you don’t need a lot each use so it lasts a while! Also the smell is sooooo yummy!

I love this product. It smells amazing and works really well on my gray course hair. I definitely recommend.

Best hair product I have ever used! I will buy it again, however, I have thin, aging hair and if I use it often my hair looks greasy the next day. Would be perfect for someone with longer, fuller hair.

Love it, leave it in conditioner which adds volume to the thin hair, and apply it after BB bond shampoo. Got it a second time.
