I like this brand I drink and I am very pleased.

There has been a slight formula change as of February 2022. The only nutritional difference is that there’s now 90mg of DPA, as opposed to 70mg of DPA in the old formula. The pill’s appearance has gone from red, long, and scentless; to clear, short, and fruity scented. Both formulas have worked well for me. I have no problem with the new formula, I just wanted to let everyone know of the change.

I tried this product while pregnant and fell in love with it, none of that gross fishy taste you get with regular DHA products. I have continued to use this after baby’s arrival and it even helps with lactation! Overall great buy!
