DONT waste your money!!!
I got this for my 4 year old grandson and he was so excited to be able to get his ‘big boy toothbrush’ and personalize it with the stickers that are clearly advertised.Upon opening the box, I found no stickers were present. On top of this, my grandson can’t use this toothbrush because it won’t turn off for nearly an hour. No matter what we do, we can’t get the toothbrush to stop, so we have to let it sit in the sink until it dies.I’ve been refused a refund and if this isn’t settled, I will go higher to get this resolved.Don’t purchase from this seller!!!

Toothbrush seems to be defective. Battery runs out after just 2 uses... cant return now as i ve missed the timeframe.

This toothbrush just didn’t work. It didn’t charge. It didn’t charge on another charger. Custome care at Oral B said I could return it but I have to pay for postage snd I can return free on Amazon but their Amazon hub centres are not up to date on their website so I went to two and they wouldn’t take the parcel.
