Operates okay, scratched screen and weak battery.

After only more than 2 months of using the phone battery was already broken. Also the Samsung repair service wont accept it. They said its manufactured from US and its an old model.

I have received a used phone on 29th Nov 2023 where it shows in phone status that first call was made in 2021, battery life sucks and drains so fast, The phone was already setup with 3 hours 20 wakeup time. AND THE BIGGEST SURPRISE, There is a photo left undeleted in the gallery from the last owner. WHAT A SHAME AMAZON!!!!! I have been a faithful client for past 7 years at least and never experienced such a low product. I am returning this phone right-away.

Obviously the price is six figures but it is worth it. The camera stands astonishing, graphics, handling and everything is just perfect

love it so far. I was skeptical about it seeing all the negative ratings, but the one I got has got sd888 and is not refurbished and has got good battery. Feeling it as a BIG upgrade from s8+.

I have purchased s21 ultra in 2022 .in 2026 new software updated ..then suddenly one pink lane appeared on my display..I don't understand why was this happened... service centers not responding... New software...new problems ...so sad ..don't buy Samsung products..
