Very disappointed
DearsWe purchased this scooter on 27 july and used it for not more than 10 times. During the past week we faced several problems during charging. It started by not charging at all ( giving all times green indication). Till yesterday it charged. Today we are facing the same issue again. Plz note that we contacted the manufacturer and he said this might be a problem in the battery and we should revert back to u. According plz need your action plan to solve this issue.

Not working initially
Bought it for a Christmas present and it was not working at all. Amazon was great in picking it up the next day and had to wait 5 days for a replacement. The replacement charged as it should and was working, but kept making a beebing noise with flashing lights. After troubleshooting on Google since the booklet is in Chinese, I found to hold the brake and accelator in for 30 seconds to have the flashing lights turn solid, then switch it off and on again. It worked and problem was solved.

NOT WORKING-DO NOT BUY
This was my meant to be my boy's xmas present, we were charging this for a whole day, charger indication GREEN. By the way charger is not UAE standards. The Scooter's battery must be faulty and it is always RED when trying to switch on. We asked for replacement and they must have brought the SAME scooter "wrapped up nicely" as there is the same problem. No customer service at all! they do not care! do not buy from this supplier. Still trying to explain to my 8 year old why he does not have his Xmas present...!

I kept the item charging as per the written instructions in the manual book, and kept on observing it for hourUnfortunately the battery didn’t charge even after 5 daysI requested for a return, item was sent back to amazon but didn't receive my money back
