Product photo misleading

While the pliers look very sturdy and I'm sure will do a good job (haven't used them yet) the kit ships only with numbers, no letters. We were planning on selling our animals and needed them tattooed right away so when we opened the box and didn't see any letters this posed a very big problem for us.
