I used these to pin a gps locator and it works great. The pin stays locked until you use the magnet. There are plenty more pins for extra use. I definitely recommend.

I was tired of a shifting down comforter in my duvet cover and went on a search for something to hold it in place. I am happy to have found these and I am surprised that I never thought or knew of them. I make curtains, duvet cover and the like and will surely use these somewhere else. I would be leery of using them if I had a curious kid around the house as the magnet aspect could be a temptation of play with them. Mine are gown, but ai have dogs. I tried to pull the pin out without the magnet and could not, so I feel comfortable that they will be fine. My comforter is cream-colored on the edges so they really aren't noticeable. If you have a dark-colored duvet they may not look too nice, but perhaps they could be painted to match?

I actually use these to keep the everything together at the bottom of the bed. I move around so much. I used steal the blankets from my husband and wake up twisted in the blanket. I use the pin under the mattress pad and through the sheets, blanket, and quilt. It has helped so much and the bed is so much easier to make when the blankets stay in place. I wish they came in different colors but I may order another set and just spray paint them.

The magnet that came with these isn’t strong enough to remove them. Thankfully we had some more expensive clips (which are the exact same as these) which came with a magnet in a tube. You put the magnet over the plastic part and remove them that way. Thankfully that magnet worked on these. If you don’t already have a tuned magnet tool, don’t get these. Or at least make sure of your placement and know they’re on permanently.

I love this invention. Super secure magnetic pins....Very safe. I did purchase additional sets.
