We tried using this for both business use and home use and it didn't work well in either location.We are a brand new small auto repair business on a tight budget. We bought this computer for our new employee to mainly do work on-line - parts ordering, vehicle research, google drive, etc... It is very inefficient for this purpose! It's very slow and often kicks us off of the internet. All the other computers and wifi devices have no issues staying on-line; only this computer. Also, the mousepad is very touchy and will suddenly cause the screen to zoom in or out and it takes a couple minutes for it to stop zooming before you can reset it to the proper size. You have to restart it to get it to reconnect to the wifi. So, we brought our laptop from home to replace it and brought this one home to use it there.At home we use it for surfing the internet and streaming video like on Netflix. In addition to the internet continually being disconnected, as at the shop, the video is very slow. It often freezes and starts, freezes and starts - not ideal when all you are trying to do is relax after working long hard days trying to get a new business off the ground!Unfortunately, we decided too late that we just couldn't deal with it to return it, so hopefully someone will buy it from us who can actually get some use out of it. :( Losing money as a new business owner is a hard pill to swallow.Maybe this computer would be ok for someone who uses it for very light use purposes or for young kids who are just learning basic computer skills. It's not great for heavy internet use.

Bummer of a screen, but upgrade the RAM and get an SSD and you have yourself a great computer. People say you should buy a new wifi card for it, they are available for $6 on EBay and probably Amazon as well.

Double ram and install SSD through nice easy access panel and you have an excellent system for little $$$.

Love my new laptop, the hardware is sleek and responsive. The keyboard does need more pressure to work than my last three laptops however. I also recommend immediately installing a new OS, it does come with a lot of bloatware, like all machines do.

Do not buy this product if you play dvd's. It's gone back 2x now due to the player not playing. It just quits. Will not purchase a Lenovo again.
