Great question, and yes, our Cacao Powder is a premium source of 100% cacao! It's essentialy the cacao ingredient used to manufacture chocolate bars and products. We make our Cacao Powder by fermenting, hulling, dehydrating, and milling the cacao bean, and then cold-pressing the resulting powder to separate the fat portion from the solids. The fats are retained and sold as our Cacao Butter, while the solids become our Cacao Powder.
