Will this fit a 2008 hhr? the air intake duct fell apart when i took it off to change my spark plugs.

I am following this question. I have a 2010 hhr and the factory hose is crap and quite expensive to replace just for another peice of crap.

Can it handle the stress of ram air connected to the front bumper?

I would think it would it handles the turbo on my cummins with no issues.
