What is the best anti anxiety tea?

Green tea has l theanine in it which is great for anxiety, plus I buy l lysine & mix one scoop into my tea and it helps alot.

How does it smell and taste?

You mostly taste the mango smells like ginger

This has a bitter taste. Is this normal? This is my first order.

I thought it was bitter as well. Started adding ginger juice to my oolong tea instead.
